  • Facing an adjustable cable machine, grab the rope attachment from the high setting with a thumbs-up grip.
  • Bring your elbows to your sides so that your forearms are parallel to the floor
  • Extend your forearms straight down while twisting the rope inward so that your knuckles face the floor when your arms are fully extended.
  • Pause, then return to the start position.
