Description

Rich and fudgy brownies packed with three types of chocolate for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Fold into the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in all chocolate chunks.
  6. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
  • Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
