Dreamy swirls of puff pastry filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 cup diced strawberries
– 1 egg (wash)
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
3. Spread on pastry, add strawberries, roll, and slice.
4. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sugar, bake 18–20 mins.
5. Serve with whipped cream.
