Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 200g ramen noodles
- 100g sliced pork or tofu
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in miso paste, chili paste, and soy sauce.
- Pour in broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles separately as per package instructions.
- Divide noodles into bowls, pour hot broth over them.
- Top with sliced pork or tofu, soft-boiled egg, green onion, and nori.
Notes
- Adjust chili paste to control spiciness.
- Use firm tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
