A spicy twist on the classic margarita with smoky mezcal and crisp apple cider.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz apple cider
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Salt and sugar for rim
Instructions
- Rim a glass with salt and sugar.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add mezcal, apple cider, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup.
- Shake well and strain into the glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh apple cider for best flavor.
- Adjust agave syrup to taste.
- Smoky mezcal can be replaced with tequila if preferred.
