Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into skillet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and graham crackers on top.
- Bake for 5 more minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a wooden spoon to mix the batter.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes for easier slicing.
- Serve with ice cream for extra indulgence.
