A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry with crisp vegetables and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper and onion for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and oyster sauce, stir well.
- Return beef to the pan and toss to coat.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
