Description

Pull-apart roasted garlic pizza dip sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Soft rolls are stuffed with creamy garlic pizza dip and baked until golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut top off garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40 minutes.
  3. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl and mash.
  4. Mix garlic with cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, marinara, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Cut rolls horizontally without separating, leaving bottom intact.
  6. Spread cheese mixture evenly between rolls.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm.
