- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut (fine or medium cut)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until the mixture is well combined.
- Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm up, which will make it easier to roll into balls.
- Form Cookie Balls: Scoop and roll the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls. Keep them on the small side, as they are quite rich.
- Coat with Crumbs: Roll the formed balls in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat them evenly.
- Final Chill: Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Store: Keep the Moose Farts in a sealed container in the refrigerator. They can be stored this way for up to a week.
