Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt or 9×13-inch pan.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.

Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half the sugar mix. Add remaining batter, then top with remaining sugar mix.

Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Let cool completely before slicing.
