- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and bell peppers.
- Add Italian dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add grilled chicken or salami for extra protein.
- For best results, let the salad marinate for 1-2 hours before serving.
