- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large greased baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and water until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chicken and rice.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not remove the foil during baking.
- Serve hot, letting the chicken and rice absorb the flavors.
