Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over salmon. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Adjust honey or soy sauce to balance sweetness and saltiness.
- Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
