Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour honey garlic sauce over salmon. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
