Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Warm refried beans in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  6. Spread refried beans on each tortilla.
  7. Add seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  9. Serve with sour cream on top.
