- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm refried beans in a separate pan or microwave.
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Spread refried beans on each tortilla.
- Add seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Serve with sour cream on top.
