Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling into the center. Moisten the edges with a little water and fold the wrapper over the filling into a triangle or envelope shape. Press firmly to seal and eliminate air bubbles. -
Fry the Bites:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or saucepan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the wonton bites in batches for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan, then remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. -
