Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft.

  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well.
