Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft.
- Add beef slices and brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Use fresh beef for best results.
- Adjust gravy thickness by adding more or less flour.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
