  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix reserved pineapple juice, sweet chili sauce, butter, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and garlic for the glaze.
