- 1 can pineapple slices, drained (reserve ¼ cup juice)
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix reserved pineapple juice, sweet chili sauce, butter, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and garlic for the glaze.
- Pour two-thirds of the glaze over the salmon, arrange pineapple slices on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining glaze, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with lime slices.
